You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. We stand behind every cakiva product, and we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us.

Step‑by‑Step Return Process

  1. Reach out to Support@cakiva.net with your order number and a quick note about why you’d like to return the item.

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the correct shipping address.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the authorization slip, and send it back using any trackable carrier of your choice.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer responsibility: For non‑defective returns (like a change of mind or sizing), you cover the return postage. We recommend using a service that provides tracking—we can’t take responsibility for packages that go missing on the way back to us.

  • Zero restocking fees, ever. Your refund will always be the full item price plus any original sales tax you paid.

Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

If your order arrives damaged, you’re fully protected:

  • Send clear photos of the damage and packaging to Support@cakiva.net within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll immediately ship a free replacement at our expense, or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. You will never need to pay return shipping for a damaged item. We’ll provide a prepaid label or simply let you dispose of it responsibly.

How Refunds Work

Once your return is inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days. No deductions, no tricks—just your money back.
